國際警察協會(香港分會)執行委員會特此鄭重聲明：
本會名譽會長孫宏斌先生已於2026年3月8日正式離任，其名譽會長稱號亦同時被撤銷。
自該日起，孫宏斌先生或及與其有關的公司及人仕，於中國香港、中國內地及海外進行的一切活動，均不得以本會名譽會長之身份行事及進行商務活動，亦不得代表本會發表任何言論或從事任何行為。
本會重申，名譽會長職位純屬名譽性質，不具任何決策或代表本會之權力。
本會所有會務及決策，必須由本會主席及執行委員會共同議決。
任何名譽會長均不得代表本會作出任何決定或行為，亦不得使用或授權他人使用本會會徽進行任何商業或私人活動。
此聲明在香港、中國內地及海外均具法律效力。

The Executive Council of the International Police Association (IPA) – Hong Kong Section hereby solemnly states:
Mr. Sun Hongbin, Edmond, the Honorary President of this Association, officially stepped down on 8 March 2026, and his title of Honorary President was revoked with immediate effect.
With effect from that date, Mr. Sun Hongbin, Edmond, as well as any companies or individuals associated with him, are prohibited from acting or conducting any business activities in the capacity of Honorary President of this Association within Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, or overseas. They are also forbidden from making any statements or engaging in any conduct on behalf of this Association.
The Association reaffirms that the position of Honorary President is purely honorary and does not carry any decision-making power or the authority to represent the Association.
All official business and decisions of the Association must be jointly resolved by the President and the Executive Council members of the Association.
No Honorary President is authorized to make any decisions or take any actions on behalf of the Association, nor are they permitted to use or authorize others to use the Association's emblem for any commercial or private activities.
This statement is legally binding in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and overseas.
